Cocoa Insider Magazine follows Australian Consumer Law on refunds for digital subscriptions. Refunds will be provided if:

You are unable to access digital magazine content due to technical issues.

The subscription service fails to deliver as described or agreed at purchase.

​Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchase, or for services already accessed.

To request a refund, please contact editor@cocoainsider.com with your order details and a short description of the issue. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
